Cooking Guidelines

Ingredients required and quantity: Meat(small chicken cubes, 8 quarter portions) 1-1 1/2 kg, garlic paste 1 tbsp/20g, ginger paste 1/2 tbsp / 10g, oil/butter 1/2 - 1 cup / 90g - 175g, yogurt(whipped) 1/2 - 1 cup / 150g - 225g, mehran tikka/boti masala 1 packet - 50g

Mix mehran tikka/boti masala with ginger, garlic, yogurt and apply to the meat. Marinate for 3 hours. Heat oil/butter in a pan, add marianted meat. Cook on low flame till meat becomes tender and dry. The same recipe can be used to prepare meat, chicken, fish, or prawn dishes.
