6 sheets filo pasty, 3 tbsp butter, 2 large handfuls spinach leaves, clove garlic. crushed, 15 cherry tomatoes, 250g of the three cows feta, chopped.

melt butter, grease baking tray and lay out filo sheets, brush each layer with melted butter before overlaying the next, when all sheets are buttered, turn over all 4 edges by 1cm for a neat finish, heat spinach in pan with garlic until soft, then spread across filo pastry, top with tomatoes and cheese, bake for 15 minutes in hot oven.
